Breast Augmentation

You can have general anesthesia or twilight anesthesia. Saline and silicone implants are available. Surgery is done as an outpatient. Most patients are back to work in a week. Breast Reduction

The Rosato Plastic Surgery Center is licensed by the state of Florida as an ambulatory surgery center. Anesthesia is given by board certified doctors of anesthesia. The breast cannot be reduced without a scar. Dr. Rosato will try to make the scars as small as possible. Rarely a patient is a candidate for liposuction reduction of the breast. This procedure reduces the breast size but does not lift the breast. The surgery is done as an outpatient and the patient usually returns to work in 7 to 10 days. Breast Lift

The Rosato Plastic Surgery Center is licensed by the state of Florida as an ambulatory surgery center. Anesthesia is given by board certified doctors of anesthesia. The breast lift cannot be done without a scar. Dr. Rosato will try to make the scars as small as possible. A breast lift is often performed with a small implant to add fullness to the upper part of the breast. The surgery is done as an outpatient and the patient usually returns to work in 7 to 10 days. Tummy Tuck

The Rosato Plastic Surgery Center is licensed by the state of Florida as an ambulatory surgery center. Anesthesia is given by board certified doctors of anesthesia. An abdominoplasty will address the laxity of the anterior abdominal wall. The abdominal wall is made up of skin, fat, and the coverings of the muscle. After your consultation Dr. Rosato, he will determine with you how extensive your procedure will be. Liposuction is often combined with surgery to obtain a desired result. The surgery is usually done as an outpatient. Patients return to work in 7 to 14 days. A drain is usually necessary for a period of time after the surgery. Body Lifts

The Rosato Plastic Surgery Center is licensed by the state of Florida as an ambulatory surgery center. Anesthesia is given by board certified doctors of anesthesia. Body lifts are used to correct lax skin and fat of the arms, trunk, and legs. These procedures substitute a scar for the excess skin and fat. Lift procedures are often combined with facial or breast surgery. Due to the extensive nature of complete body lifts, Dr. Rosato performs these surgeries at the Indian River Medical Center. Liposculpture

The Rosato Plastic Surgery Center is licensed by the state of Florida as an ambulatory surgery center. Anesthesia is given by board certified doctors of anesthesia. The liposculpture procedure removes fat from below the skin. A dilute mixture of local anesthesia is instilled into the fat and then syringe suction is used to gently remove the excess fat and fluid. The skin then shrinks to the new shape. Your skin needs to be supple and without stretch marks to accommodate the new shape without sagging. Recovery is in 3 to 10 days depending on how much fat is removed.
